Meet The Founders

Jeremy Mckinnon

Principal Advisory Services


Jeremy’s mission is to provide clarity to complex economic and property matters, developing innovative insights that maximise value for his clients. Jeremy has 20+ years’ experience in independent economics analysis and property advisory services across Australia and Internationally, with a commercial focus and extensive due diligence and transaction experience. Jeremy is skilled at understanding client requirements and brings a combination of property expertise and analytical attention to detail to problem solving. His objective at Think Economics is to bring new ways of thinking to old property problems, utilising big data, new technology and strategic collaborations to deliver commercially successful projects and better community outcomes.

Daniel Parker

Principal Economics

Daniel is a founding partner of Think Economics and leads the Economics practice. Daniel has been a Property Economist for over 15 years and in this time has helped to advance projects ranging from standalone commercial land uses through to major activity centres, public infrastructure projects and land use planning strategies. He is regularly involved in economic impact modelling, cost benefit analyses for major public infrastructure projects, retail and commercial assessments, and as an expert witness for legal appeals.

Throughout his career, Daniel has had a strong focus on data, including new datasets that have become available through technological advances, and the insights that they can provide. This focus has been a founding principle of Think Economics and has lead to partnerships with providers that specialise in retail analytics, human movement, and consumer analytics that benefits our clients in the evaluation of new opportunities as well as the review of existing property assets.
